The memorial is in the M.O.T.H. Caprivi Bomgat grounds near the intersection of Randfontein Rd and Main Reef Road, Randfontein.
The entrance is in Randfontein Rd and is signposted "Caprivi Bomgat".
There is a pedestrian gate which should be unlocked.

The Memorial is under the central shelter.

The dedication reads:
"This Monument is erected to the memory of former residents of Randfontein who fell in the Wars of 1914-1918 and 1939-1945."
