On the south side of Main Reef Road, approximately 1.6 km west of the N1 Western Bypass
150 meters past the last factory (Scamont Engineering) and 40 meters from the Main Reef Road

GPS: 26 deg 12 min 0.17 sec S, 27 deg 56 min 26.15 sec E

Significance
There is no indication of who owned the Memorial. It is thought to have been Consolidated Main Reef Mines and Estates.

The Memorial was abandoned when the mine closed
