On Sunday 11th August, 1968, a party of thirty members and guests of the Society went on a conducted tour of places of military historical interest in the Potchefstroom area.
The guide was Major van den Berg and assisting him was Mr. Jan Coetzee, the curator of the Potchefstroom Museum.
Tours to other areas will be organized by the Society shortly and details will appear in the Society's Newsletter.
