SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

A. The Special General Meeting for the adoption of the new constitution was not proceeded with in June, because there were not sufficient copies of the constitution for all the members.

The Special General Meeting is hereby called for the adoption of the Constitution.
DATE: Monday 28th July, 1969
TIME: 7.30 p.m.
VENUE: War Museum.

PLEASE NOTE THIS DATE: This meeting is not at the usual time of the month.

B. COMMITTEE MEETING: Same venue as in para A. Time 7.15p.m.

C. MONTHLY MEETING: At the conclusion of the Special General Meeting, the monthly meeting will be held. The Speaker is Mr. G.A . Chadwick, and his subject is "An evaluation of the Military Conflict between theVoortrekkers and the Zulus." Mr. Chadwick is an outstanding lecturer, deeply versed in his subject.

D. TOUR OF MAGERSFONTEIN.

Tremendous interest has been shown by members and non-members. Something like 200 are expected. Accommodation will be available at Kimberley. We will have the names of the different hotels at the July meeting.

The tour takes place on the 10/11/& 12 October, 1969.

The l0th is a public holiday.

Kimberley High School will act as hosts.
